DEXAND is an IT services company in Malawi. We build custom software for organisations that have outgrown spreadsheets, off-the-shelf packages and manual processes - and we stay close to those systems after launch.

Our team's background is in environments where software is not allowed to fail: financial reporting and regulated record-keeping. That shapes how we work. We design for auditability, we care about what happens at month-end, and we treat data integrity as a requirement rather than a feature.

We work end to end - gathering requirements from the people who will actually use the system, translating them into a clear technical specification, building it, and running the deployment pipeline that keeps it live.
